We ship products within 30/40 days  from order date.

Once the product is made, it is shown to the client for approval before dispatch.

We do not have a return policy. However, if there is any issue with your product will need an unboxing video for the same.

99% stones dont come off, if they do we give extra stones and glue with every order.

If incase the damange is intense, you can ship us the product and we will repair it free of cost for lifetime.

Why is the making time so long?

Each and every stone is picked and placed individually by artisans. It’s is indeed a lot of precision work. And there are only a selected few of us who do this, hence it takes this long.

But trust me, it’ll be worth the wait.
